Welcome to the Long COVID Companion. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Long COVID Companion application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
The Service is owned and operated by CyberResilience.pro ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The Long COVID Companion is a digital health application designed to help individuals track, manage, and understand their Long COVID symptoms and health journey. The Service includes symptom tracking, health data visualization, AI-powered insights, personalized resources, and optional community features.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
The Service may allow you to store, share, or publish content, including but not limited to symptom records, notes, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
No waiver by us of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
The Terms, our Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
